Maybe it is doomed to be a album that could not hit the peak in this fading industry; one album, without any support from a big company, is so tiny in the market.
however, no matter what the outer environment is, we can not deny that it’s a real and pure-hearted album.
When you hear them singing, maybe they are on the road of Yunnan, or just staying in their studio, working on arrangement of their music.
They listen to music, they make music, it seem that music is the only thing concerning with them, but they cannot wish to receive a little bit more from music. Perhaps you want to know that, are they sad or distressed with the situation? whether or not they have experienced all the pains as rock artists?
In fact, they are alawys devoting themselves in music, no matter what lies ahead in their way.
In the past 5 years, they struggled to find their way up to a higher level, no matter what happen in the future.
In the pacific sound of their music, I can feel the mightiness and broadness from their heart, which is enough to express their long-range wish without relying on the distorted sounds.

After they showed up on the 2007 Midi Music Festival, one of their fans was bursting to compliment in his block, “Yellow Submarine is a young band who give me the most deepest impression in this festival. There was no one pogoing out there for that moment, however, everybody listened evry carefully. Music is their reflection. I would like to say that their music is so beautiful. If you like rock and you are such a kind person, you are supposed to listen to their music.”
Yes, they exist just for the fine music. Perhaps the band name will remind you of the Beetles; perhaps a certain note or segment will remind you of the loneliness of Muma or the isolation of Lizhi, but when you finish their album, it is only their intonation that will stay in your heart. It surpasses all forms of rock music, it combines the essence from both bri-pop and the eastern music, which can sweep away all your annoyance, and give you a warm-hearted feeling.
They are singing the past, they are singing the lonelyness, they are singing the naked feelings, and also they are singing the fictitious reality. And in that way, they surround you with their truehearted voices.
